Letter from the Church Council

I write to you today with a heart full of gratitude for the fellowship and the faith we share within our church. Two years ago, when my daughter Gillian Ashley and I relocated to Arusha, we were looking for an English Christian congregation church and we were introduced to the ACC.

In our time together we have experienced both joy and true priesthood at ACC, we have witnessed the strength and unwavering spirit of Arusha Community church where the Grace of God has continued to inspire us.

As we continue our journey of faith, let us remember the principles that bind us together, love, compassions and service to others. May we always strive to be a beacon of hope and source of comfort for those in need. May we continue to remember in our prayers those affected by terrible war crisis especially in DRC Congo, Sudan, South Sudan, and the middle East.

We are now living in a world that is often marked by uncertainties and hardships. Let us continue to stand firm in our faith, drawing strength from one another and from the teachings of our Lord.

Let us seize every opportunity to grow in our faith and deepen our understanding of God’s word. May we continue to reach out to those in our community and beyond, sharing our gifts and talents to make positive impact.

Let us continue to be involved in acts of kindness and service both within our church and in our community demonstrating the love of Christ through our actions.

May we continue to seek knowledge and understanding of God’s word, allowing it to shape our lives and consistently guide our decisions.

As we move forward with the year, may we always remember the importance of our faith, our community and shared Purpose. May our good God bless you all abundantly and continue to bless us and guide us on our journey of faith together.

Colossians 3 :12 “Therefore, as Gods chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”

With Love and Faith, Elder Sam Gitau.
